They are semi-finished products, manufactured and studied to support and help Gelato, IceCream and Pastry makers in order to help them in the daily preparation.

Ingredients for Gelato, Ice Cream & Pastry are of different kinds.

  • Compound Ingredients: The Ingredients, mostly in powder, which are a mix of several Ingredients, pre-mixed together in very specific dosages, which have to be added with some others, like Milk or Cream or sugar or Water or others, to prepare Gelato, Ice Cream or other preparations
  • 100% the Ingredient declared on the package: mostly are Paste products, such as Hazelnut or Pistachio, just transformed in Paste consistency for an easy use in Gelato, Ice Cream, Pastry or other preparation. Usually they are a specific selection of the top end raw materials, treated and transformed from nuts or other state in paste, without addition of any other ingredient.

Mostly, they are:

  • Powder products: Mostly are compound Ingredients for the preparation of Gelato, Ice Cream or pastry
  • Pastes: The Ingredients in paste consistency, ready to be added to other preparations like Ice Cream & Gelato Base, Pastry cakes, Cakes and others, mostly are products necessaries to create different flavours such as Hazelnut, Pistachio, Tiramisù, Vanilla, and many others.   • Base Mixes: Are Compound Ingredients in Powder for the production of the so-called “White Base”, the common point of start for the production of all Gelato, Ice Cream flavours available based on Milk preparation. They are available in low, middle and High Dosage, for Hot, or Cold, or Hot-Cold preparation. EQUIPMENTS
